Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
Yes. Simply subscribe to our newsletter (bottom of the website) and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment as we are on Shopify's trusted system, you can see a list at the bottom left of our website.
Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.
Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank’s policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. We reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Where do you get your beads from?
We work with multiple suppliers that source from all over the world. We take our time to get to know our suppliers and inspect each strand of beads to ensure that all the semi-precious stones that we use in our jewelry are genuine.
How do I care for my bracelet?

Will my jewelry look the same as the photo?
Each piece of jewelry is handmade, using real gemstones. Because of this, each bracelet is unique. Sometimes gemstones will have specks and flecks of lighter or darker colors, which occur naturally. As they are undyed, they will have variances in color.
General Shipping Info
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
